Caroline Goyder may be a gravitas expert, speaker, and author, but she didn’t always find it easy and says she has honed her expertise and her own gravitas over time.  Caroline highlights that contrary to what many of us think, gravitas isn’t something you’re simply born with but a skill, and like any skill, it can be learned.
